Demetrius: I don´t love you, stop following me! Where are Lysander and pretty Hermia?
The one I’ll kill and the other one is killing me.You told me they were hiding in this wood. And here I am angry in this wood , because I cannot see my Hermia. So, leave and stop following me.
Helena: You draw me, you cruel and stubborn magnet, but you don´t draw iron, because my heart is as true as steel: If you give up your power to draw me. I will have no power to follow you.
Demetrius: Do I really draw you? do I ever say nice things to you? Or, instad, do I tell you in the plainest truth. That I do not and I cannot love you?
Helena: And even after that I love you more. I am your dog, and, Demetrius, the more you hurt me, the more I will like you? use me as your dog, don´t accept me, hit me, ignore me, lose me, let me follow you, even thogh I’m not goo enough to follow you. In what worse position can I ask you for your love (and it is still a place of high respect for me) Than to be used as you use your dog?
Demetrius: Don’t tempt my hate for you too much. Lookig at you makes me sick.
Helena: And I’m sick when I don’t look at you.

In the Seven Kingdoms (A game of Thrones)

The story takes place in Westeros, medieval Europe and tells the story of some families (houses) and their conflicts.
At the beginning of the story, Lord Eddard “Ned” Stark executes a deserter from the Night’s Watch, the militia protecting the immense wall of ice, stone and magic that protects the Seven Kingdoms. Ned is recruited by King Robert Baratheon to replace Arryn who is dead, as the King’s Hand.
Arryn’s widow Lysa believes Queen Cersei and her family, Lannister, poisoned Arryn. Ned eventually discovers that Robert’s legal heirs including Joffrey are in fact Cersei’s children with Jaime, Cersei’s brother and that Arryn was killed to conceal his discovery.
After this discovery Ned was arrested and murdered with false acusations.
Then Robb Stark, prepared an army and marched south in response to his father’s arrest and death.
Robb chooses to not ally himself with Robert’s brothers, Reinly and Stannis, because both have claims to the throne.

Há contrastes – as imagens belas e “festivas” – aparecem recorrentemente a natureza. Os cenários naturais servem para mostrar a beleza incrustada nos cenários campestres e nas estações, e também para despertar os sentidos para experiências sensoriais em imagens cheias de vida e de cor. Há também imagens pesadas, palavras pouco esperançosas e o mesmo sentimento de peso da existência – mesclado com uma visão de contraste menos mórbida da vida. No final parece com uma espécie de testamento da poetisa, que pode ser visto no poema “This is my letter to the World”, onde ela junta a ânsia de compreensão e retrato do mundo com a importância da natureza para sua arte poética. Há toda uma exploração da concepção de Poesia presente nos belos e sonoros versos desse poema.

In 1947, banker Andy Dufresne is convicted of murdering his wife and her lover and sentenced to two consecua tive life sentences at the fictional Shawshank State Penitentiary in the state of Maine. Andy befriends contraband smuggler Ellis “Red” Redding, an inmate serving a life sentence. Red procures a rock hammer and later a large poster of Rita Hayworth for Andy. Working in the prison laundry, Andy is regularly assaulted by the “bull queer” gang “the Sisters” and their leader, Bogs.
In 1949, Warden Samuel Norton meets with Andy and reassigns him to the prison library to assist elderly inmate Brooks Hatlen. Andy’s new job is a pretext for him to begin managing financial matters for the prison employees. As time passes, the warden begins using Andy to handle matters for a variety of people including guards from other prisons and the warden himself. Andy begins writing weekly letters to the state government for funds to improve the decaying library.
Andy and his friends stay in the prison for many years. With his graduation, he helped his the other inmates and the guards. He was very responsible.
Andy is released from solitary confinement and tells Red of his dream of living in Zihuatanejo, a Mexican coastal town. Red feels Andy is being unrealistic, but promises Andy that if he is ever released he will visit a specific place.
Andy escaped through the tunnel and used the prison’s sewage pipe to reach freedom.

“The adventures of Tom Sawyer” (adapted)
Tom Sawyer lives with his aunt Polly and his half brother Sid.
His best friend and adventure´s buddy is Huckleberry Finn, most known as Huck.
Tom and Huck decide to run away to an island. While enjoying their freedom the boys become aware that the community is sounding the river for their bodies.
After a brief moment of remorse, they decide to go back.
The city is a perfect setting for adventures with haunted houses, lost treasure, gold and so on.
A woman, Widow Douglas adopts Huck and she will become very important in his life.

Lucy discovers a wardrobe and to her surprise she enters a fantasy world called Narnia.
One night Edmund follows Lucy and enters Narnia as well. He meets the White Witch who claims to be ” the Queen of Narnia”.
Peter and Susan arrive in Narnia too. All together have many adventures there.
All know Aslan a wise lion that help them to face the dangers in Narnia.
